Nicole is a senior Organisational Development, Transformational Change and People & Culture independent consultant. She helps organisations create competitive advantage, grow leaders and provide great employee experiences through progressive people solutions.

Nicole has extensive commercial experience gained in Australasia, the UK, Europe and Asia. Her background spans a variety of industries including IT&T, Financial Services, Professional Services, Retail and Advertising. Nicole began her career with Accenture and has 20 years experience in senior leadership roles in fast moving, complex and dynamic corporates. She now practices as an independent consultant.

Nicole is commercial and innovative. She is a strong conceptual thinker and adds significant value in organisational strategy design, project conception and framework design. She also enjoys rolling up her sleeves, working hard and making a difference in project development and delivery. She has excellent partnering and coaching skills, along with strong project and vendor management capability.

Nicole’s expertise includes operating model and org design, talent and leadership, capability and learning, culture and engagement, performance, transformational change (including M&A, rebrand, offshoring, restructure), and HR innovation.
